Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled for paid plans on SeyChizz. By subscribing you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscription Plans
SeyChizz is sold as a digital subscription billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR), and auto-renews each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access to paid features begins immediately on successful payment.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@seychizz.com from the email address registered on your account.
- On cancellation you continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- After the paid period ends without renewal, your account becomes read-only for 15 days — you can still view and download your photos, but uploads are paused. If you do not renew within those 15 days, all photos and data in your account are permanently deleted and your account returns to the free tier. Please download anything you wish to keep before the deletion date shown in your account and reminder emails.
- Renewal is manual unless explicitly stated for a plan. Cancelling simply means we will not bill you again; nothing further is required.
3. Refunds
7-day cooling-off. If you cancel within 7 days of a new payment and have used the paid plan only minimally (your storage use is still within the free-tier limit), you may request a full refund. We may decline or reduce the refund where significant storage was used during this window.
Outside the cooling-off window, because SeyChizz is a digital service delivered immediately on payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused time, or change of mind. This is the standard policy for SaaS subscriptions.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge. If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment or technical error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorised charge. If a payment was made by someone without authority to use your account or payment method, contact us promptly along with any supporting information.
- Service unavailable from our side. If the Service was unusable for an extended period due to a confirmed fault on our side and we are unable to restore it within a reasonable time, we may refund the affected portion of the billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@seychizz.com from the email address registered on your account with:
- your registered email and account username;
- the Razorpay payment ID or order ID from your receipt;
- a brief description of the reason.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Free-Tier Users
The free tier is not a paid subscription, so this policy does not apply. You can stop using the Service at any time.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes apply to renewal periods only and never to the period you have already paid for.
