These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SeyChizz(the “Service”), accessible at https://app.seychizz.com and related domains, operated by SeyChizz(“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@seychizz.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. The Service

SeyChizz is a photo sharing and gallery delivery tool for photographers and their clients. Features include event galleries, AI-assisted face grouping, share links, and cloud storage. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may change without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) and auto-renew each month until cancelled. Prices displayed on the pricing page are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • If a paid subscription lapses (the period ends without renewal), your account becomes read-only for 15 days and then, unless you renew, all photos and data in your account are permanently deleted. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
  • Free-tier limits, storage caps, and feature availability per plan are listed on the pricing page and may be revised. Changes will not reduce the storage already in active use during the current billing cycle.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in photographs and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant SeyChizz a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transcode, generate thumbnails and face embeddings, and deliver Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you and the recipients you share with. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup retention.

You represent that you have all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to upload Your Content and to share it with the people you share it with, including any model releases or consents required under applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates privacy rights;
  • upload sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content prohibited by law;
  • distribute malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation;
  • resell, sublicense, or expose the Service as your own product without written consent;
  • scrape, mass-download, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is expressly permitted.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. AI Features

Face grouping and search use machine-learning models to compute embeddings from photographs you upload. Embeddings are stored alongside your event data so the feature can function and are deleted when you delete the underlying event or your account. We do not sell embeddings and do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for Your Content, all rights in the Service, including software, design, and the SeyChizz name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service as described in these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any legitimate business reason on reasonable notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a grace period. When a paid plan lapses, your data is retained read-only for 15 days and then permanently deleted unless you renew.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SeyChizz harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
